I am looking to buy a komatsu 135-a dozer it looks to be the same class as a d-8 and was trying to double check . Anything to look for as far as problems? Thanks for any info....TIO
Hi there, I have been round a few of these, would class them as a bit lesser than a D8. If it's a dash 2 tractor you are looking at, they are a great machine. Planetary final drives, easy to remove and work on and require no pulling or special tooling. Power modual is pretty easy to get in and out, and a nice strong and simple engine
A 155 is closer to an 8 but depending on your application the 135 could be better.
