Hi folks, I just purchased a 150lc. I have about 40 hours on it since purchase and it now does not have the power in the tracks that it did. Sometimes is better that others but sometimes now it will hardly climb a slope. Both tracks seem to be the same power loss when this occurs. This is my first excavator so any advice as what to look at is appreciated.
Sounds like your main hydraulic pump needs to be serviced. Could be many things. You'll need to start testing. Follow the oil. Test at pump, at main control valve and at travel motors. Follow the oil, you'll find the culprit
What Dash series do you have. It makes a big difference as to what is going on.
