My komatsu d21a-7 steers correctly until warmed up, then the machine won't turn left, due to the right tracks not turning. The left brake seems to be working fine. Any suggestions?

Moriboy, the dozer has joy stick steering. When you move the joy stick for a left turn the dozer does stop, due to the right track not turning. When you put the dozer under a load, once it is warmed up, it will not spin the right tracks, only the left.
