I have a D21P-6 Dozer. Left brakes wasn't working the best so I thoughts Ed the nut under cover in the back. Let a buddy of mine borrow the dozer. When I got it back had no left steer brake. I took cover off going to adjust again. Tightened it prob 1/4 turn, not when u pull lever it tries to kill the motor. I'm lost and looking for any info I could get!!!!! Thank you in advance!!!
Two things happen when you pull the lever if this is set up like the older dozers. First you disengage the steering clutch, then you apply the brake. It sounds like your steering clutch is not disengaged.
