Hello, I have a d51 2012 dozer. I bought it with a bad service pump, the pump on the back of the main drive pump. The blade would not work at all and no pressure on a gauge . Also overheating. Put a new pump in and flushed it. got good pressure, but 10 minutes into running the blade works randomly. Not going up good or very slowly. Shift to reverse and the blade pops right up. But the longer you use it the less it wants to raise up. Event after running it for 3 hours and the blade not lifting you can move the controls around and get the psi to go to 3000. Had the dealer out twice in the last year , thy checked some ports for metal, checked the pilot control pressure, all good. We pulled off the servo valve on the side of the pump checked it all out , took out the valve with all the relays on it checked it all out no metal. Anyone know what the pressure should be at the servo valve.trying to figure out if it's the pilot control to the pump. Or what else it may be.
