komatsu d65e-6 oil bypassing problem

Hi there, I have a KOMATSU D65E-6 that is bypassing oil from the transmission or tourqeconverter to the engine, and filling the engine with oil, And also pressurising the transmission. Just wondering,If anyone else has had the same problem and was able to fix it.Can't get a strait answer out of anyone! Cheers,Jarrad
