hello all thanks for excepting to forum, have an old PC150-3W was experiencing problems with motor overloading when boom up and arm in was used in conjunction. problem appeared to be when both pump were in operation which i think is boom/arm and travel motors. if i held the bucket on relief the boom arm etcetera worked fine. rightly or wrong thought it was the TVC Valve removed and stripped , with pressure spring and solenoid removed ,valve plungers were found to be stuck or very tight ,when i used air to blow the plunger and barrel out,i know now there are two barrels ,but as i blew them out into a rag im now not sure which way the barrels were positioned as they can be installed in either direction. was hoping someone may of had one apart and remember the configuration. i know sounds stupid knew the was a spool and plunger but didnt think the was 2 back to back. lesson learnt
