Komatsu PC200LC-6

Hello all i have had this 200 komatsu for about six years and never had an issue with it, the engine block cracked and i installed a new motor in the machine, the machine ran perfectly prior to the engine being replace, i have now lost all hydraulic functions , the switch in the arm has been replaced. I understand there is a lockout solenoid beneath the valve block. Which of the solenoids unlocks the hydraulics and id love recommendations on how to trouble shoot if possible, the manuals I've looked through don't give much detail about this task. Any help is appreciated! See picture attached for serial number etc.

I'm afraid your machine's nameplate has been changed, not the right one?! Please take a picture of the gauge cluster and the model of the engine (S6D95 or S6D102...)so I can better understand your machine model and help you.

it has the S6D102 , ill have to take a picture of the guage cluster but there is no digital information whatsoever on it , only a fuel and temp gauge. This is the style however the temp and fuel guages run the other way.

Please note: The order of the solenoids in this picture is original to Komatsu. Previous repair technicians may have changed the actual order.

Why would they change the order? Do all of these not need to function for the machine to move?

Swap the plugs from the ppc lock solenoid and the swing brake solenoid and see if it actuates it, if it does and U need it going and can't get parts swapover the 2 stage relief solenoid with the ppc solenoid, pretty common for them to fail as they get older, did a few last year. You don't need two stage to run and work the machine just when you use power max button.
