Can anyone tell me how to set up 2 way flow for this machine? It has the aux hyd but its not stroking the pump properly. Push the pedal backwards no pressure increase. Let off nothing Push it forward. Nothing. Let off pumps go to 3k psi and back to idle. There is a setting in the service menu for aux flow. Has 037 in first box and 003 in second. I cant change the 37 but the 003 can go from 0 to 3. Really need to get going and im stumped

Found out about the 037. We need the number to be on 2 for 100% flow to the attachment. Still have no clue on why things are not working though. Its like a relief is open somewhere. It doesnt matter if its in hammer or 2 way the result is the same. And it flexes the return lines not the pressure line when trying to use the attachment. Its like there is no flow. Pushing the pedal forward both pumps stroke to 140cc but pressure stays around 1000psi. Pishing the pedal backwards the rear pump strokes to 40cc and nothing on the front. The psi goes to around 700 on both pumps. There is something im missing here. Before we bought the machine it was running a hammer with no issues. Im wondering if when they took the hammer off something was changed?

Are you operating in "breaker" mode? Have you set the flow desired in your profile? Have you confirmed flow with a flow meter? Can you attach a pic of your plumbing connection to the attachment at the stick?

Almost sounds like the supply and return hoses are hooked up backwards or the return plumbing is being blocked. What are you trying to run on the auxiliary circuit?

I have the mode set to attachment with 2 way flow. The flow is set to 114 gpm for the attachment. I have not confirmed with a flow meter. We pulled the connections off and we do not have oil coming from the aux circuit on the stick lines. It seems like we may get some flow with no pressure occasionally. I do not have a photo of the stick ends but the shut offs are set to flow oil. We have a fixed concrete pulverizer we are trying to use. Flow calls for 110 gpm. The only hoses that jump when we apply the controls are the return lines ( the lines with the return filter). The left side line doesn't show any sign of flow. The pump flows and psi were checked with the komatsu monitor

I'm going to have to see a photo of your plumbing on the main control valve before I can figure anything else.

I'd like to know if its HKX plumbing or factory. That and exactly what it's plumbed for. Pics will tell the tale.

I suggest you check carefully your concrete pulverizer. The problem may be come from it!! Your concrete pulverizer is look like photo below??
