Komatsu Pc400-6 throttle issues

Hello, I am working on a PC400LC-6LC s/n A80449. The other day, the automatic throttle quit working and now the engine oil pressure and battery symbols are on the display panel. I've checked the battery voltage and it was 27.2 volts. The fuse for the throttle/governor is fine. Also, at about the same time that the throttle screwed up, the swing solenoid went into meltdown mode. We changed the solenoid, but it didn't work until the swing brake override switch was flipped up. So now, the machine swings fine but won't throttle up. Any ideas on what might be the culprit? Thanks!

Do you have any codes on the display panel? Do you know how to get into the diagnostics section of the monitor panel?

The only code that came up was the E03 code and it only showed up when I flipped the swing brake override switch down (off). Learned how to access the codes from member core's post under the thread "komatsu E03 code when not swinging".

The EO3 is just an operator code. You need to get into the diagnostic codes to find out what is happening. Here is how to access that section of the monitor panel. It's a smaller machine but the panel and diagnostics should be the same.
