starts and idles fine get rpm to 1700 starts cutting out and blowing a fuel smoke, owner wanted to throw a pump at it still the same, went around all filters and tank no change, injector cut out does not change anything. need some help what do ya'll think. engine is a SAA6D125E-3
Any error codes ? Does the problem started suddenly ?
What's the boost pressure? What's the fuel pressure at filter head at idle? Please explain injector cutout doesn't do anything. How many hrs on unit? I've seen guys step on the pre cleaner and collapse the lid.. So was the lift pump replaced or hpcr pump or both?
got back on it today there was no codes,but found turbo shaft broken
Be sure to inspect air system for oil, a little in the lines can be a lot in the air to air
