KX-91 3 S2 thumb goes to full open if hydraulics are set to 2 way (relaxes in 1 way mode). Thumb control on joystick does not function. Changing wires to the pilot solenoids under the right hand floor plate causes the thumb to go from full open to full close. Would seem that all hydraulics are functioning correctly and the issue is electrical. Problem started only when machine was first started in the morning and would clear if shut down and restarted. Then progressed to happening about once every hour (cleared by shutting down 40-60 seconds and restarting). Finally went to total fail and will not reset. Any clues?

Replaced Joystick. No change in issue. Sending IC unit out for rebuild next. Cost is approaching $2k at this point with no fix in site. Sure be nice to hear SOMETHING from this site!
