I just bought a sidedump and now am looking for a truck to pull it. I'm looking for 1997-2003 pre emission engine trucks and leaning towards caterpillar 3406E, C15, or C12 engines. I'm also looking at the brand to be Kenworth or Peterbuilt. I'm wondering about which truck suspension set up is good for a sidedump and also what transmissions and rear end ratio would be good as I will be hauling gravel, rock, ect offroad and onroad. Also any thoughts on the Cat or other engines or anything else would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in Advance!
