I don’t have a lot of help or tips for ya yet but would like to say congratulations to you, coming from a new first time owner of a Case 590 SM. Just got it home on Wednesday this week. So I will be keeping an eye on your thread as I will be learning as I go as well.

The member - kentdproctor that has the manuals has not logged on in over 3 years. I doubt you will have any luck getting them.
Did you find the series 1 service manual ? Where did get the series 2 manual ? There will be members reading this that will be looking for them also.
