Does anyone know the torque on the screws for the lower rollers on a D4c series II

    If you mean the track roller bolts (#4 below) - 100 ft lb +/- 10

    Yes that is it exactly. Thanks for a quick reply. We used a 1/2" drive torque wrench 14" long set at 100 ft lbs, then 90 ft lbs but the screws kept snapping off. So we went to 3/8" drive 12" long set at its max 80 ft pds and haven't had any problems.

    Bolts are in good shape with no visible signs of damage.

    Yes they were Genuine cat bolts.

    In that case when was your torque wrench last calibrated.?
