over 1,300hrs runnin the machine and just noticed it today. I flipped through the manual and cant figure out what the green rabbit light on the panel is for? Just curious?
Is the light on? There are some indicators in the dashes that are not used for the backhoe application. The same dash is used in some other machine that the light is used in but not in the backhoes.
The symbol is not used on backhoes. The symbol is used on dozers to signify the high range transmission selection. I would be surprised if there is even a lamp installed behind the symbol on your backhoe. (easy to check: 2 screws to remove the instrument cluster, squeeze electrical connector to release, 2 screws to open the back of the cluster for lamp replacement access) If the lamp is installed and activated, it would indicate pin 32 on the instrument cluster is connected to ground. As this would not be typical, you might want to investigate what is causing pin 32 to be grounded.
Thanks for the replies. The sun hit it just right and I noticed it 2 days ago. Had some down time and looked through the operators manual and couldnt find any thing.
