I have a M984A4 Wrecker. The driver side outrigger does not retract in or out. Changed out valve body and the block that the valves sit on to receive hydraulic fluid. The outrigger control valve on the passenger side does work the outrigger jack. I do hear and feel resistance when I push up and down on that control valve. I have cracked the hydraulic lines to the outrigger jack and fluid comes out but not doesn't have alot of pressure even with the hydraulic system turned on. Any help will be appreciated. Towbarman
