Try tradebit.com. That's where I got mine. Some people don't trust the site, but I have purchased 5 or 6 on this site with no problems. The price is chreap compared to buying it from the dealer and in my experience, it's the same manual. I worked for case for 7 years so I know what the origioinal looked like.
