this hoe had sat for a few years before being put back into service and was fine before, i find now that i have very little power to the hoe, but the bucket works fine.i can hear a hissing noise when the hoe cylinders are trying to work and pressure is about 800 psi. i can however make it work properly if i restrict the return hose while operating the various cylinders. i am now assuming that i have a stuck relief valve or something of that nature. any help is appreciated sam
