I am in desperate need of a crank shaft for my BD2F dozer. Do any know if that same engine was put in later model mitsubishis or other equipment? Have any of you had experience using Chinese built shafts? All help will be appreciated.
You should be able to find a used one around, but you could try Chinese if you need. I think the engine in the F series is a Mitsubishi 4SE. I think the engine in the G series is a Mitsubishi 4SE-2, changes to the swirl chamber, but don't know if the crank is different. There are used S4E engines listed on ebay as well.
