Friday I almost got stuck, looking forward when I should have been looking back. I stopped and put a chain on to keep it from sliding, then drove out with a left turn.
Been there, have a 1/2" link 20 footer with a 1" eye ended cable another 20 that I keep kinda handy for those days the shoes get no bite. Congrats at least for getting it out by yourself!
Hi DMiller, it was an last ditch effort for me, I was about to call for help and was surprised that I drove out. I got stuck last year going down hill in some mud and used the bucket to move it out. I'm still learning how to drive the old cat. Have fun, sam.
