Multiple leaks, adjustments possible changed

Hello first time posting, I’ll try to keep as short and detailed as possible, sorry if a bit long, ongoing 2 year issue. All orings replaced with 90 durometer, right from daewoo/doosan. 1996 Daewoo Solar 220lc-III Excellent running condition no loss of power anywhere, Always had the odd hanging drop of oil on relief valves, leaked just enough to show (maybe 1 oz a day), see pics attached for leak locations, and changed settings -thumb started seeping -had a bad “mechanic” diagnose -took off cylinder, had rebuilt in fall -problem solved -immediately parked for winter. -next spring upon starting, relief valves immediately dripped way more than normal, top swing gear motor oring leaked, slowly climbing hydraulic heat, but not critical -replaced swing gear oring and 99% of orings on control valve exterior, including control valve end and middle section of all reliefs(pic). -good for a week back to odd drip, now leaking 1gal/hr from relief adjuster screws, swing gear oring again, and few hose orings that were replaced and minor seepage from other spots between the pump and control valve -the bad mechanic tried diagnosing thumb by turning proportional control solenoid(power valve), and rear pump regulator till I questioned and stopped him. Says he put the adjusters back to where they were originally, -does this sound like adjustment problem from him or relief valve issue? -Is there more than the 2 orings on a relief? Seems to be a issue that got progressively worse, however seems to get progressively worse after settings were messed with? Completely lost at this point. Got all the manuals, any info would be greatly appreciated, quick video on YouTube
