Is it possible that ambient temps in the 20's for the past few days could have an effect on the release of the parking brake? It's a bear to get it disengaged, lots of rocking back and forth and then a pronounced fast paced "ticking" sound coming from the left chain case, like something is contacting the chain. This sound comes and goes.
