Hi everyone, I recently bought a an International 9700 with a Cummins N14 370E Celect Plus coupled to a Rockwell 9 speed tranny. The engine details are as follows from Cummins Quickserve: Marketing Model Name N14-370E PLUS Service Model Name N14 CELECT PLUS Build Date 04 Dec 1995 CPL # CPL2027 Now my question is - is it possible to increase hp on this engine? If so - up to how much ? Thank you.

Unless yours is an exception, it should be able to be set at 425 hp, 1450 torque.

Basically get a breakdown on your current CPL and then a breakdown of a 425hp CPL and compare, whatever is different probably needs to be changed to get where you want. CPL 1921 may work from some old notes but it's just a guess.

Use CPL 2591 @435 Hp. 435 is as high as you can go without a major component change. Truck Shop

Thank you very much for all the responses. I will try to go 435.
