Dear All, My name is Mohammed Makarem , I am working in Lubricant field & I need to conduct group of tests on product. Our group is going to produce the in Egypt as well as Middle east Market by introducing ( CD 50 ) . We have signed an Agreement Called ( Toll Manufacturing Agreement which is :- ( An arrangement in which a company(which has a specialized equipment) processes raw materials or semi finished goods for another company. Also called toll processing ) . So By this Agreement , our company called ( LUBRIAUTO ) is going to give it is LOGO to the FACTORY called ( FUCHS ) and the Factory will reprint the (LUBRIAUTO ) Logo on the Plastic Boltless ( 1 LTR ) and ( 4 LTR ) and ( 5 LTR ) and the finished products is belong to ( FUCHS ). Now , I tried to know the formula which has been used in the factory , but they refused to give it to me . So I am thinking to ask the factory to give me a sample of 3 LTR plastic bottles and give it to a good lab in UAE or in anywhere in the world and Ask him exactly to do the analysis for me and tell me exactly what are the ingredients inside this product . or they will tell me exactly , what are the content of this product exactly , in terms of ( Base Oil , Additives , Bright Stock .... etc ) and what type of percentage of each one of the ingredients . · Base Oil , which type ? is it ( SN 150 ) or ( SN 500 ) and what is exactly the percentage of both items ? · Bright Stock , which type ? what is exactly the percentage of Bright Stock ? · Additives , what type of Additives this product has ? and what is the Percentage ( % ) of each Additives this product has ? · We need you also to do the test for this product ( sampled Product ) and to give us the real figures of the following values :- 3.1 - Specific Gravity @ 15 . 3.2 - Kinematic Viscosity @ 40 c . 3.3 Viscosity Index . 3.4 Flash Point . 3.5 Pour Point . 3.6 Total Base Number . 3.7 Sulphated Ash .
