New Holland C232 Backup alarm

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how I could turn down or disconnect the backup alarm on a New Holland C232 skid steer? Or is there anyway to dampen the sound?

    Should be easy to pull the hot wire off. Might be expen$ive, if OSHA catches ya...

    Piece of duct tape partially covering the speaker works well....so Ive been told

    Both are good ideas. I'm only using the skid steer on my own land for personal use so I'm not too concerned about OSHA.

    I've seen some that have had a small screw driver pushed through the speaker portion and it has quieted down the noise. Angry neighbor at a job site working nights.lol
