Hi All, I just got my first Wheel Loader! will be using it for general farm and Timber work and dealing with snow! The main issue i need to fix is both of the tilt cylinders are leaking. ive got a reseal kit but does any one have a shop manual for this machine? Thanks!
If just for resealing the cylinders it might be easier just taking them to a hyd. shop if you've never done them before. The rod nuts/bolts are especially tight and can be a pain to loosen if you don't have the right tools and set up to loosen them. They need to go back on with the same high torque. A shop manual is still good to have though.
What you've actually got is an Integrated Toolcarrier rather than a wheel loader but hey ho. To identify appropriate manuals needs a machine Serial Number. I would imagine your machine is either 6KN or 4NN-something.
