That is screwed up! The stealing was bad enough, but torching the machine is worse. That was totally unnecessary.

If they were worried about jail time they never would have stolen the atm. It was probably to remove finger prints and trace evidence. It´s pretty stupid, though because there really isn´t a better way to announce ''I just stole the ATM and I don´t have much of a head start''.
There is ALOT of that going on here at the minute! The service station beside my girlfriends house got its atm stole just last week! they use a Doosan DX340, had to track it for about a mile from the work site to the station late at nite, early morning, Cant belive no one say them do it!
