I bought a backhoe. I wrongly thought it was a 3010 wheel. However after comparing casting numbers im now convinced its a 2010 industrial. This machine has two separate hydraulic systems. a tank on the fender feeds a front mounted pump. that outlet runs to the loader joy stick and from there to the backhoe wobble sticks and the returns to the fender tank. There is a pump in the transmission that feeds the trans clutches and power steering & brakes. The trans pump is working .because the transmission works. the steering & brakes don't work. Now the cartrege trans filter (J D AT 15282 wasn't really too dirty. the screen behind the cast cover was pretty crusty & gooey. The oil looked like milk. My plan it to change the filter. and Ive already cleaned up the screen & trans housings. and use the high dollar JD fluid. now there is a steering cyl under the oil cooler. could that have a internal leak or stuck relief valve and be bypassing?
