NH DC180 Error Codes 192/200

Have a New Holland DC180 that went to move the other day and it will track forward/back but no steering. It is throwing what i assume is error codes on the readout when in gear says E192 and sometimes would give a E200 when trying to go in reverse, noticed the 200 code only came when it wouldn't shift into reverse. Anyone know what those codes are figured that might point me in the direction of why it wont steer. Also have an issue where blade will likes to settle not sure if its a cylinder leaking by or one of the valves. Thanks

I'm going off of the case manuals for the 1850k E192 is Incorrect transmission controller is installed. E200 is not in the list, because its adding e008 to e192, making e200. Start with all the simple things, check all your fuses, and check them for corrosion. Does the machine even attempt to steer? Does the machine seem like its trying to going in reverse? The pressure switches on the joystick can cause travel issues,( but should have a E008 fault) They are worth looking at, refer to the above logic in regards to adding fault numbers. The pressure switches had a update where they added a short length of hose to them to help reduce vibrations which made them fail. Is your machine a series 1, 2, or 3?

Series 1 I believe, one of the fuses was bad a 5 amp switched with dash fuse and still no steering. Think the 200 is related to the reverse sometimes reverse wouldn't work that was only time 200 would come up. Shows 192 almost all the time, reverse would come back when messing with the right side lockout lever. Do you hve a fuse diagram? Probably a bad wire under the cab.

Your reverse issue is related to your pressure switches. I know this sounds messed up, but if there is multiple faults, it just adds the fault code numbers together. Thus since you have fault e192 all the time, and when you go in reverse your getting fault code e008, the dash will show e200. You need to start by checking your reverse pressure switch on the joystick. I would recommend just changing it. As for the e192 fault, check your tranny controller, it should have R900721391 written on it. They had a batch of wrong tranny controllers.

Thanks, fuse that was blown was #10 in box B. Will look into the other things you mentioned. Where would that number be on the tranny controller be located, are you talking the in cab controller or under cab?
