There is an electronic valve beneath the cover under your feet that controls the heat. I have not had one go out on a B series but replace one on an Alpha. Does your machine still have warranty? It should be close, depending on when it was put into service.
No warrantee it's out by a couple of months spoke with case this am They believe valve is bad switch tests ok lines are cold so I'm thinking it's not opening too let core warm
Have cab tilted trying too follow lines too find valve
