Had a hydraulic hose blow under the belly of the dozer. Was trying to figure out which hose was leaking and the hydraulics suddenly quit. Replaced the hydraulic relief valve and hose but still no pressure. Replaced the hydraulic pump and still no pressure. Any ideas?
Welcome to HEF Thoskins . Machine serial # ? Is this an IGC (integrated grade control) machine ?
Serial # T0750JX161771 To my knowledge it does not have IGC...
What‘s the part number for the hydraulic relief valve that was changed
Part # 798649113
Not a Deere # , possibly Rexroth ? Was the pilot pressure verified ? Should be about 600-650 psi. Also was the pilot activation solenoid checked on the pilot flow control valve ?
No IGC on that machine per serial number.
Did you prime the new pump when you installed it?
Not sure if it got primed but I will check. Currently trying to find the fuse panel. Checking to see if a fuse is blown on the hydraulic override switch. Anyone know where the fuse panel is? Manual says it is in the cab but we can't find it anywhere....
It should show the location and what each fuse operates in the owners manual
Right side, behind the cup holder.
Found it - thanks..... No blown fuses, change filters, cleaned screen. Still nothing...
Does the machine drive? If not, pump coupler at the flywheel is the issue. If not, were the hydraulic pump splines in the hydrostatic pump inspected? Did you confirm that the oil is getting to the pump from the reservoir?
Yes, machine does drive. I had kind of suspected the coupler as well. Splines were inspected but I didn't see any signs of metal shavings. Not 100% positive oil is getting to the pump. We did change filters and clean screen...
i got it fixed. Dealer said this valve is bad for getting debris and sticking the valve open. Black block located between the batteries and hydraulic filter. I removed 205 and blew it out and let some fluid flow out of the block and the blade came back to life.
