No Pilot Pressure on John Deere 750J

I have a 750J that the blade will not operate. It is not getting any pressure to the joy stick. Any ideas???

    Will it travel normally? can you look at pilot pressure in monitor? Will the parking brake release? May be pump shaft or if it won't move may be coupler.

    The pilot pressure manifold is on the right side of the machine. There is a test port on top of the valve and the pressure reducing valve is on the bottom. Pressure should be 600 psi at 140F
