no power to obd port on a 2009 PETERBILT 365 my peterbilt has voltage (12v) coming from the obd port but when it is in ACC mode it drops down to (7v) and my diagnostic tool does not receive power. when I turn the engine on the trucks power surges until I remove the computer. any help would be much appreciated.
