No throttle response on my cat 416 f2 backhoe

Iam not getting a throttle response from my backhoe its a 2018 cat 416F2 and throttle pedal is good dont know what else it could be any one have a idea please

    Try posting a Serial Number. Have you looked under the hood while someone presses the throttle pedal to check if the cable is moving.?
