Just recently purchased a 2020 Cat 336 machine. Seen it has something on it called OilQuick? Wondering what exactly this is and does it have any value or add value to a machine? First time seeing this...
It's a type of quick coupler for attachments which use auxiliary hydraulics. The first two pictures are a grade control laser catcher and IMU. Going to need a photo of the quick coupler I'm guessing it has been removed before you bought it

I vaguely remember a salesman trying to sell my previous employer on it years ago. Doesn't the auxiliary hydraulics connect to the attachment automatically with that system?
