Old CAT 215 96L swing drive fluid level

Hey guys anyone know where the fluid level should be? I have both the O&M manual and the service manual and cant find it. i found what I assume is the fill/check plug on top of the swing drive box. Thanks

    The level/fill plug is located in the front of the upper structure, behind the boom. Open the right side front top cover. Remove the plug. Maintain the oil level to the bottom of the plug opening.

    Thanks Nige, yup that's the plug I was looking at, 1.5" hex with a 1/2 SQ recess. Ok, bottom of threads, thanks a bunch.

    Don't see any fluid in there. Oops. I'll put some in and see how slow it leaks out and evaluate from there.
