We have a 680 CK and we're trying to decide if we should scrap it or part it out. One of the rear tires is like new-anyone know how much tires go for? If we scrap it I think we'll have to get a cutting torch to cut up. I would think some of the parts could be salvaged. Interest or thoughts? Located in Nashville area.
The value depends on the size and plys. A 19.5 Lx 24- 12 ply would bring about $150.00 in my area. Parting it out should bring the most money for it, but you have to deal with selling and shipping the parts. Also you will have to advertise those parts. Craigslist may be an option to consider for selling it in one piece. Also consider contacting salvage yards to buy it. It would be a shame to see it go to a scrap yard to be melted down. It weighs about 14,000 lbs.
