John Deere 750J that I ran this summer. Cleaning up old mine sites. Elevation about 12,300 feet.
Nice Pics!
what companys was that for
Lawrence Construction Company out of Littelton CO
Here are some more pictures from the same job. Beautiful country. These pictures were taken about the middle of August. We used Volvo A40D haul truck to haul the "hot" material down the mountain to a containment area. The haul road was around 30 to 40 percent slope.

Nice pictures of the equipment, and talk about a sweet view!
"Hot" material?....Does that mean contaminated with something?
Hot material is a heavy metal material. When this material get wet it seeps out a highly acidic ooz, whick kills every plant it contacts.
How'd the 750 J perform at that elevation, what did you like about the machine and what not? Thanks for sharing the great pics !:usa
Awesome pics, thanks for sharing. Awesome scenery too. Trbo
X2 CoyoteKurtz, How did you like the machines? Both the 350D and the 750JLGP are one of my favorite machines to run specially the 750. Just get a winch, limb risers, and some screens and thats my kind of dozer :notworthy
sweet job you got there, man. looks like fun.
It might be work, but that is one heck of a view. Thanks for sharing.
The euipment ran fairly good for that elevation. You could sure tell a difference when you got back down to the bottom of the mountain. We tried a Komatsu haul truck and it wouldnt make the climb. I love the 350D. The 750J is a sweet machine. I dont like the angle blade switch how it is on the side of the control.
Wow cool place. So whats happening there a bunch of houses or what? I love it when they say the world is over poplulated and there are so many places with millions of acres with no one in site. With people loosing jobs etc. there is the thing to bale folks out. LAND at the same price that all those rail roads and logging companys got it for. With a stipulation ya can't sell it or profit from it. Just live and grow your own food on it.
Nice pics
nice photos-thanks for sharing, pity there are'nt more John Deere dozer photos on the forum. Neil
Really nice pics of machines and countryside .
