Popping out of gear

Hi, I have an early 70's JD 410 backhoe. When I put it in hi range it keeps popping out of gear. In low range it seems to be fine. Any ideas?

    Not familiar with the tractor but couple easy things to check would be linkage if it has it and try holding it in gear. If it forces it out while you're holding you probably have bent fork or possibly worse.
