Have a 953c 3126 motor bbx serial # had a small skip it would clear up when it heated up. Now all of a sudden it won't rev up and will just barely move. tried the obvious changed the fuel filter had a little bit of sludge .seemed to straighten out then sputtered out again. Any suggestions?
Likely has a jammed rack in one injector. Count on replacing all 6 copper cups and injectors plus top set. Later Bob

Correct, the engine is a 3126HEUI.
Are any warning lights lit on the dash panel lit when you experience the problem..? You changed the fuel filter and found "sludge" in it. Have you drained the water & sediment from the fuel tank and/or checked the fuel lines between tank and engine for any restrictions..?
Welcome to the Forums Honestoutlaw191!:drinkup You've got good help here in this thread. As Nige said I would start with making sure the fuel delivery system is clean. The BBX's have a fuel/water separator and a fuel filter. The tank has a sediment drain located behind the lower access cover on the front. I would drain the tank and flush it. Then change both filters first.
Both right. 953C 2ZN prefix has a 3116 MUI engine. 953C BBX prefix has a 3126 HEUI engine.
