Regeneration disabled wheel loader 972m

Hi I have Problem in wheel loader 966M , I need to applying manual regeneration but it failed Any suggestions?.?

    Please post some more information. Like the serial number, and any fault codes it has if you have a way to see them. How where you trying to get it to regen? With a button in the cab or a service tool? Some history about the problem would be helpful also.

    I trying to over ride to ARD calibration system , the system is working , but when I press the the regeneration switch manually now responding
