We have some where the blade flops forward, and some where the cuttin edge trips back, and a bunch of coffee spilling solid as f. Sometimes the sectional cutting edges won't return to position, and then it won't clean up. The blade flop ones the springs get weak and it gets hard to shove frozen banks back. The solid ones are harder on the teeth, but they clean up the best. Even the best designed blades can bite a manhole frame. I've got a little scar in my upper lip to show for it.
