I was out working on an S205, and the VIN plate is missing.. Is there an alternative serial number location? I've found them on older machines right above the chaincase fill plug.. Any ideas?
I dont know exactly where to look but if you call BC they can tell you. Normally there are a couple of stamped VINs on the machine. Sometimes corrosion will eat the numbers past the point of ever being able to retrieve them. Good Luck
