My old John Deer skidsteer needs a top-up of Hydraulic fluid. Does anyone out there know what the spec/wieght of fluid I should use?
Use John Deere Hygard. It is a multi-viscosity oil between 46 and 68.
yeah, that seems to be the consensus on line. I did talk with the JD heavy equipmentpeople as well as the farm people. There seemed to be some confusion about using the Hyguard on an older machine like mine.
