G'day Greg mate it depends on the customers request about materials but normally we give 1-2 year and 1500-2500hrs depends on the size of the bucket and application.

JGS Nice looking work. At least it looks that way from the outside. What are the pictured buckets for?

  9. #9JGS Parts2012-05-24 02:17

the bigger one is for a EX1800 and the smaller one is for a PC650

Maryborough, my brother and I own a farm (Cane, cattle and lucerne). Only 1 excavator, a 7 tonne cat.

Good move with the floating pins. If they are going into rock you could consider putting some shrouds around the hook ups to protect the caps. They won't last long without them. How are you line boring the hook ups? I'd be interested to see what you use

Those are some colorful and beefy buckets! Did the customer request those colors, are those stock colors, or did you guys have some fun?

WerkBrau , mate the smaller one was requested colours but on the bigger one they are our colours we like to make our buckets stand out to give you an example on out standard PC300 rock buckets our tooth plates are 65mm thick 2.55" , side walls are 45mm 1.77" thick and we user Esco Super V51 we believe in over building our buckets we will not build a cheap mild steel buckets like SEC (richie bros) and a lot of other mobs bringing them out of china.
