I have a Komatsu D37P-2 with s/n 2190 Had an issue with it not free rolling in neutral like the brake was on and it was laboring it to run in second gear. Adjusted the brakes like my book told me and it will now free roll in neutral and will turn with steering pedal to the left but right turn steering pedal does not seem to do anything This started after a mechanic resealed the forward/reverse valve box as they found an o-rind torn that was related to a different issue. Not sure where to look next.
