Model: 375 sullair air compressor Engine: cat c4.4 I'm having underspeed issues that has been nerve racking on this machine. The troubleshooting tech tips have been helpful, ive gone through all of it and the only error i found was the Hertz on the alternator is 300-320 Hz. Sullair tech states it needs to be (400-560hz), in which case we were told to change the alternator and we did and still same measurement range of 300-320hz. We removed the remote shutdown relay to check if its an engine/fuel related issue, but the engine runs. And replaced old ssam a new one( from factory) still same underspeed issue.
