t 250 bobcat code 5-15 low charge pressure light comes on and is flashing shuts machine off i unplug senser and light stays on and machine stays running and has no effect on running of machine everthing works as should .should i try to check charge pressure if everthing works as normal
Definitely need to check charge pressure, although a good chance it is just a bad sensor so could always just replace it. . .
That's really weird. 05-15 is actually hydraulic charge pressure in shutdown, which typically is the last to happen out of a total of 7 charge pressure related codes before shutdown happens. So charge pressure light comes on, shuts down engine. Unplug sensor, engine runs and functions operate proper. That's what's weird, with charge pressure sensor unplug the main controller would see zero charge pressure or pressure sensor open circuit and should shut down. Very strange.
I checked charge pressure it’s 200 at idle around 400 at half throttle took pressure sensor off and the copper mesh filter in front of it and blew out and seen nothing out of ordinary reinstalled and ordered pressure sensor thanks for reply
Yea it is weird it only shuts machine down when the low pressure light is on and flashing and when I unplug it the light stays on and can operate machine checked charge pressure 200 at idle and around 400 half throttle cut hyd filter apart to check for contamination and it was clean and case drains were clean also looking like it may me pressure sensor. It also when I unplug sensor the code changes to 5-14 instead of 5-15 that may be y no shut down
