takeuchi tb 145 joy stick not working

After replacing a blown pilot control line . The left joy stick doesn't work. Please help

    There's very little flow in those lines, you might need to bleed the new line of air?

    While bleeding air, noticed there seems to be only a trickle of fluid coming out compared to incoming.

    Part of the blown hose is probably stuck in the valve.
